At 6:30pm tonight there will be a benefit concert/ silent auction at The Fairfield Theater Company. I feel honored that Mom was asked to be a part of this very special event, even though she could not physically be there. One of her most popular pieces, “Hatrack” will be auctioned off to raise money for Alzheimer’s. I wish Mom could go with me tonight. She would have been so excited. I miss the days when she used to accompany me to art exhibits and would get a big smile on her face when I reminded her that her own work was on display.
